About me

My name is Carsten Presser. I am a 25years old male from Saarland (Germany). Currently I am student of Electrical Engenieering at the University of Saarland. I work parttime at the 'Lehrstuhl für Theoretische Elektrotechnik' as student worker (Hiwi).

My skills include, but are not limited to:

• a broad Linux/Unix knowledge
• all about networking, protocols & ethernet (not really all, but quite a lot)
• Programming in Perl, Bash, C/C++, Pascal
• HTML, XML, CSS
• LaTeX

Languages

In fact, I am no genius when it comes down to languages. However, i am quite fluent in English. In 2005 I started learning Japanese. I am able to read and write kana and about 150 kanji. Nevertheless, my vocabulary is still very limited.
